HR Specialist

Runs the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding training, employee relations, performance assessment, payroll calculation and team culture building. Safeguards the company's talent supply and team stability.

• Degree in HR, administration or a related field; 1+ year of HR experience a plus
• Solid knowledge of recruitment channels and interview process, good at judging people
• Knows labour law; can handle employee relations and day-to-day HR matters
• Strong communication and a service mindset, careful and precise
• HR experience in streaming, an MCN or entertainment is a plus

• Build recruitment plans against staffing needs and source streamers and other talent through multiple channels
• Handle the full employment cycle: onboarding, probation, transfers and offboarding
• Organise onboarding training for new hires and support departments with skills training
• Manage attendance, run performance assessments and calculate and pay out salaries
• Maintain employee relations, organise team-building and foster a positive culture
